Website forms
When you use the contact form or the private feedback form on this website, we keep what you submit (your message and any name, phone, or email you choose to add) so we can read it and reply. With each submission we also keep basic technical information: the date and time, the page you used, your browser type, your approximate country, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address. We use that technical information only to prevent spam and abuse, not to track you.
To keep out spam, the feedback form on our review page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum. The contact form does not use Turnstile; it uses simple built-in spam filtering instead.
Where your information is stored and for how long
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Website form submissions are stored on Cloudflare, under the account of Air Cooling LLC's website provider, who manages the site on our behalf. We keep submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records, and we delete them if you ask us to.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded map and the security check described on this page are provided by other companies and may set their own cookies.
Google services
Our service area page shows an embedded Google Maps map, and every page uses Google Fonts to display text. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which receives your internet address and basic browser information, and the map may set Google cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
Scheduling, estimates & invoices
We use Jobber (Jobber Software Inc.) for scheduling, quotes, invoices, and our online Client Hub. If you request service online or log in to the Client Hub, the information you enter there is handled by Jobber on our behalf, under Jobber's privacy policy.

Air Cooling LLC installs, repairs, and maintains heating and air conditioning systems. Payments are due as described in your estimate or invoice. Air Cooling LLC is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping, weather, permits, or inspections.
